Overview

Key responsibilities: Work closely with the Accommodation Delivery team to provide informed support and guidance to the Service Person and their family. Provide executive support to the wider accommodation team. Engage with wider stakeholders to support and deliver improved accommodation provision.

Responsibilities
  • Provide informed advice in relation to any housing queries / casework raised by individuals or external stakeholders, answering all RFIs with authority. Provide policy compliant (TSAR-23) accommodation solutions that meet the needs of SP (Service Person), feeding back any issues found.
  • Prepare reports and analyse data relating to Families Service Accommodation provision and contractual performance, interrogating data to prepare responses to complex RFIs.
  • Maintenance of Accommodation Data for the Army and ensuring that all data is managed appropriately. Update shared files and provide occupancy, availability and MI / MO (Move In / Move Out) data to Brigades ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Deputise for other team members as required, particularly with Second Offer Reviews and related casework during periods of absence.
  • Act as Secretary for forums / meetings and any other accommodation meetings chaired by Regional Command when required. Some travel may be needed on an infrequent basis.
  • Undertake any other duties within the terms and conditions appropriate to the grade and role as directed.
  • Remote working within this role is something that can be discussed at interview stages or with your future line manager if you are found successful.
