Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Paints & Coatings

Area to be covered: flexible however ideally Central OR South East

Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000neg + commission tbc

Benefits: £5,000 car allowance (might be able to accommodate a company car) + benefits

Role Overview

The role of the Specification Sales Manager – Painting & Decorating will involve:

• Field sales position, selling a range of distributed paint & coatings
• All of your time will be spent selling to paint & decorators, main & sub-contractors
• Once up and running in year 2 would like you to turnover between £750k-£1m
• Majority of your time will be spent generating new business however will be given some accounts

Ideal Applicant

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager – Painting & Decorating with:

• Must have field sales experiencing the paint & coating sector
• Must have sold to paint & decorators, main & sub-contractors
• Must be able to hit the ground running
• Outgoing, empathetic and tonnes of charisma
