Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Branded Hotel Group
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus
Location: Manchester

I am currently recruiting an Area Sales Manager to join a well-established hotel group in Manchester. As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales across multiple properties, developing strong client relationships, and maximising revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads and build a strong corporate pipeline
  • Manage key accounts and develop long-term partnerships
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and attend trade events
  • Work with revenue and marketing teams to deliver on business strategies
  • Monitor performance reports and implement action plans to achieve targets
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager in hotels or a similar customer-focused environment
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Confident, ambitious, and commercially driven
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the Manchester market is highly desirable
