Overview

Business Development & Sales

Are you experienced in field sales development and ready for a fresh start with the UK's largest end to end drainage solution provider? We are actively seeking an Area Development Manager to join our friendly and dedicated team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, successful applicants will be targeted on the development and sustaining of new business as well as the management and relationship building of current clients. Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Source new business essential to the growth of the company.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate works requested, confirm the company is positioned to conduct work, quote works, and liaise with the operational team to deliver exceptional service in a cost-effective and timely manner.
  • Work closely with depot managers to help the depot achieve sales targets and provide accurate forecasts for expected sales.

Due to the nature of the role, applicants will require a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. Applicants will be expected to attend on-site visits, cold calling, and travel when required for regional meetings.
