Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Area to drive overall business growth and performance.
  • Monitor and drive sales performance across branches to ensure targets are met.
  • Manage P&L OPEX across branches to optimize financial performance.
  • Lead team development and leadership initiatives across branches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee stock management across branches to minimize excess inventory.
  • Drive colleague engagement through effective coaching and support.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of branch teams.
  • Facilitate cross-branch collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities for growth opportunities.
  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for each branch.

  • Oversee stock management across branches, ensuring availability and minimizing excess inventory through effective forecasting and planning.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments of branch teams, providing feedback and development opportunities.
  • Facilitate cross-branch collaboration and knowledge sharing to leverage best practices and drive continuous improvement.
