Temporary (12 months, with review and possible permanency)

Responsibilities

Choice Housing Ireland Limited is seeking to recruit a temporary Area Admin Assistant to provide professional administration support for the Association. This role involves working as part of a team supporting managers in shared and individual responsibilities. Key duties include:

  • managing files in various areas
  • operating fixed-height franking machines, photocopiers
  • setting up meeting rooms
  • preparing refreshments
  • Reception duties as part of the rotation and various other administrative duties
