This role involves designing and technically delivering projects in the residential and commercial sectors, working on various projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent Revit skills, a strong work ethic, and at least 5 years of industry experience. Site visits and client interactions are crucial components of this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post qualification experience.
• 5+ years' experience within the industry.
• Thorough knowledge of Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Run projects through design and technical delivery.
• Attend site visits and complete site inspections.
• Create building regulation drawings and technical detailing.
• Work closely with clients and contractors.

Skills

Revit capability
