Qualifications

  • Experience in retail/commercial interior fit-out packages is an advantage.
  • Fully up to date with building regulations and technical guidance.

Architectural Technologist – Manchester (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
  • Work within their modern city centre studio on a range of exciting and fast-paced projects in the hospitality and retail sectors.
  • Take significant responsibility and contribute to delivery across relevant project stages.
  • Work as part of a team reporting to a job runner but be expected to work independently.
Qualifications
  • Minimum HNC / HND or equivalent; at least 3 years post-qualification experience, across all RIBA plan of work stages.
  • Experience of retail / commercial interior fit-out packages, including bespoke detailing and specification writing (advantage).
  • Fully proficient in Autodesk Revit.
  • Up to date with current building regulations, technical guidance, and codes of practice.
