Experienced Residential or Commercial Architect - Hybrid Working

Up to £45,000 + Package, Christmas Closure and More

A leading practice in the UK is seeking a talented Architect with 3–4 years’ post-qualification experience to join their team in the London office. This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious professional who is eager to take the next step in their career while working on a wide range of high-quality projects.

The successful candidate will be confident in delivering schemes within either the residential or commercial sector, whilst the company are also currently considering people with hospitality experience. Proficiency in Revit is essential, as this role will see the new Architect contributing to both design development and technical delivery across live projects.

Candidates with a shorter notice period are particularly encouraged to apply, as the team is looking to welcome someone who can hit the ground running.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Architect with 3–4 years’ post-qualification experience
  • Experience in residential or commercial sectors (hospitality experience also considered)
  • Strong Revit proficiency
  • Ability to contribute across design and technical stages of projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce clear, buildable solutions
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues, consultants, and clients
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work effectively to deadlines
