Responsibilities

• Lead on large scale residential and commercial projects through all RIBA work stages.
• Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team.
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved.
• Carry out architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentations.

Skills

ARB registered

Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience within a UK practice

Proficient with Revit

Experience working across RIBA stages 1 through to 7

Experience working across a broad range of sectors

Ability to work well within a team and independently

Strong attention to detail

Excellent detailing and drawing skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Live within a commutable distance to Birmingham
