If you are an ARB registered architect with data centre experience, this is a role that you do not want to miss.

We are working exclusively with a leading UK practice to recruit an ARB-registered Architect with proven experience in data centre design. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's top architectural practices, with a strong track record of growth, repeat business, and award-winning delivery in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on data centre projects from concept to completion.
• Deliver detailed and outline designs tailored to end-users and co-location schemes.
• Work across multiple RIBA stages, including masterplanning and delivery.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and colleagues across offices.
• Ensure projects are technically robust and compliant with UK standards.

Requirements

• ARB Registered Architect with relevant UK construction experience.
• Demonstrable track record in data centre projects (essential).
• Proficiency in Revit (preferred).
• Experience in the industrial sector (warehousing, manufacturing, energy, aviation, or similar).
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to deliver across all work stages.
• Willingness to work from the Central Manchester office 5 days per week.
