Overview

Engage with employers to promote apprenticeship provision and support learner placements. Deliver teaching, training, and assessment across a range of levels and formats (classroom, workplace, online). Provide guidance and support to learners throughout their apprenticeship journey. Ensure compliance with college, employer, funding, and awarding body requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with employers to promote apprenticeship provision and support learner placements.
  • Deliver teaching, training, and assessment across a range of levels and formats (classroom, workplace, online).
  • Provide guidance and support to learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
  • Ensure compliance with college, employer, funding, and awarding body requirements.
  • Undertake internal verification and contribute to quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant subject (ideally Health and Social Care).
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People\'s Services).
  • Teaching/training qualification or relevant teaching experience.
  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
  • Relevant experience in training, teaching, or assessing apprenticeships/NVQs.
