Engage with employers to promote apprenticeship provision and support learner placements. Deliver teaching, training, and assessment across a range of levels and formats (classroom, workplace, online). Provide guidance and support to learners throughout their apprenticeship journey. Ensure compliance with college, employer, funding, and awarding body requirements.
Responsibilities
- Engage with employers to promote apprenticeship provision and support learner placements.
- Deliver teaching, training, and assessment across a range of levels and formats (classroom, workplace, online).
- Provide guidance and support to learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
- Ensure compliance with college, employer, funding, and awarding body requirements.
- Undertake internal verification and contribute to quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant subject (ideally Health and Social Care).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People\'s Services).
- Teaching/training qualification or relevant teaching experience.
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
- Relevant experience in training, teaching, or assessing apprenticeships/NVQs.
