We are seeking an Apprenticeship Programme Lead to join our team for a 9 month fixed term contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading a strategy for Boeing Apprenticeship Programmes in the UK. The role will also provide mentorship, pastoral care and welfare support to apprentices enrolled within our various apprenticeship programs (non-Aircraft Maintenance Training) across the UK working in partnership with the Apprenticeship Delivery Manager (Aircraft Maintenance Training).
Your primary focus will be to align our Career Starter strategy for apprentices with the Intern and Graduate Programme Lead, ensuring a talent pipeline is identified to support our business growth.
