You will be supported by a skilled team, many of whom have successfully completed this apprenticeship and progressed to leadership roles within our pharmacy.

Day-to-Day Duties

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Dispensing Team: Assisting in the prescription process alongside a trained and diverse team.
  • Customer Interaction: Handling customer requests and queries both in person and over the phone.
  • Professional Communication: Liaising with doctor's surgeries and other healthcare professionals.
  • Coursework Completion: Timely completion of coursework related to your NVQ.
  • Keeping Informed: Staying updated with current pharmacy practices, new drugs, and their uses.
  • Confidentiality: Respecting and maintaining confidentiality of customer, colleague, and company information.
