Leeds College of Building is seeking a dedicated and proactive Apprentice Performance Coach to support apprentices across a variety of disciplines. The successful candidate will ensure that progress reviews are completed in a timely manner, meet government funding requirements, and provide meaningful support to apprentices to help them achieve their learning and career goals. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and student success within the College's apprenticeship provision.
