A leading energy provider is seeking Overhead Linesperson Apprentices to join their team in Carlisle. This hands-on role involves building and maintaining overhead electricity lines while studying for a Level 2 City & Guilds qualification and a Level 3 Power Network Apprenticeship. The position offers a starting salary of £15,700, opportunities for annual increases, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, and comprehensive mentoring support, ensuring a rewarding career path in the energy sector.
SP Electricity North West manages and invests in the power network that supplies electricity to the 2.4m homes and businesses across the North West. Our 2,400 colleagues manage the 13,000km of overhead lines, 44,000km of underground cables and thousands of electricity substations to keep power flowing and supporting green growth.
