A leading automotive company in the United Kingdom is offering an apprenticeship for a Customer Service Specialist. This role involves supporting both service and sales teams, maintaining high-quality customer service standards, and adhering to specific training programs. Successful candidates will complete a Level 3 qualification and may secure a permanent position upon completion. An interest in customer service and automotive is beneficial.
Provide top-tier service to customers by rotating between service and sales teams. Assist in vehicle sales and uphold exemplary front-of-house customer service. Contribute to the dealership's achievement of its NPS target.
This apprenticeship is administered by Robert Bosch Ltd. Upon successful completion, you will attain a Level 3 qualification as a Customer Service Specialist. The program spans a duration of 15-18 months. Training will be conducted remotely through webinars and supplemented by occasional in-person visits to your workplace.
GCSE grades 9-4/A-C or Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English, or equivalent. If you do not have the required grades your application will not be considered.
Listening, Communication, Basic Writing. No other specific skills are required, however an interest in customer service and the automotive industry would be beneficial.
