Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to contact for user queries and troubleshoot entry-level application issues
  • Track, prioritise, and progress support requests through to resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of processes and incident handling
  • Collaborate with senior technical teams to resolve complex issues
  • Assist with basic SQL queries and reporting tasks
  • Support release schedules and system monitoring activities
  • From investigating day-to-day issues and helping users regain access to systems, to keeping support records up to date and spotting areas for process improvement, your input will be key to ensuring smooth operations
What you’ll bring
