Reporting to the Patient Safety and Risk Lead, you will provide expert support for the Insight platform and its expanding range of modules.

This role will be central to ensuring colleagues across BPAS can use Insight effectively, supporting training, end-user queries, and the quality of data that underpins patient safety and risk management.

You will work closely with the Risk Data Manager to support reporting, analysis, and dashboard development to inform organisational decision-making.

This is a permanent role working 36 hours per week over Monday to Friday. It is home-based with occasional travel to our Head Office in Leamington Spa and other BPAS units as required.

  • Ensuring users have appropriate access and security permissions.
  • Developing and delivering structured training, resources, and guidance to support colleagues.
  • Working with the Risk Data Manager to ensure Insight data is accurate, secure, and reliable.
  • Producing reports and dashboards using SQL and other tools to support decision-making.
  • Contributing to assurance reporting, trend analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Liaising with BPAS colleagues, including digital support teams, to extract and present data clearly.
  • Ensuring compliance with data retention, back-up, and information governance requirements.
About You

You will have a degree (or equivalent experience) in IT systems or a related field, and significant experience supporting end-users with digital applications, ideally within a healthcare or regulated environment.

Confident in working with data and systems, you will be able to explain technical concepts clearly and support colleagues through training and guidance. A methodical, customer-focused approach, combined with strong problem-solving skills, will be key to your success in this role.
