As an API Gateway Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining API solutions on the Apigee Edge platform. You'll work within the Tesco Mobile Engineering team— a diverse and cross‑functional group responsible for both building and operating critical digital services.
You'll collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to create APIs that are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with industry best practice. Working as part of the API Chapter, you'll initially join the central APIG squad, which is responsible for development, security, and operations of the API platform. As you grow, you'll have the opportunity to rotate into other squads to deliver strategic outcomes.
Your work will help ensure seamless integration across systems and services, enabling high‑quality experiences for our customers.
