Founded in 1992, Pennsylvania, USA, by current URBN chairman and president Dick Hayne, Anthropologie was named after his college major (with a decidedly French twist) Anthropologie, which now operates over 200 stores worldwide, has evolved into a leading one‑of‑a‑kind destination for those seeking a curated mix of clothing, accessories, gifts and home décor to reflect their personal style. In 2009 the brand launched its first store in London and now has over 18 stores in the UK and Europe.

Role Summary

This is a 12 month FTC and we are looking for a start date of March/beginning of April.

What You'll Be Doing
Merchandising & Site Content
  • Own & deliver on visual site merchandising strategy
  • Owns all content on site, ensuring engaging and inspiring to support customer discoverability
  • Works closely with Trade on successful execution of site strategy across page optimisations, content callouts, filters, category structure, page merchandising and other site changes to support product discoverability & CVR.
  • Oversees execution of homepage & other content pages and ensure they reflect trading priorities and CVR optimisations alongside brand goals
  • Liaison between buying, marketing to ensure campaign launch ready (site, product, links..)
Tech & System Optimisations
  • Champion tech roadmap optimisations & a go between tech the business
  • Reports tech issues & liaises with tech on issues & opportunities
  • Systems expert & seeks opportunities to improve processes
Product Activation
  • Plan & oversee product launches across the website
  • Manages the digital product pipeline and ensures accurate, timely product uploads in coordination with Buying and Planning.
  • Owns product attribution, SEO tagging, and content optimization (e.g., product descriptions, imagery, styling).
  • Identifies and resolves product & content gaps to support conversion and improve the customer journey
What You'll Need
  • A proactive, positive and energetic attitude, you're someone who gets stuck in, solves problems quickly, and brings ideas to the table with enthusiasm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for emerging talent and unique opportunities
  • Management experience
  • Strong experience tracking, analysing and reporting on both digital and physical activations
  • A people‑first attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly both internally and externally
  • Super‑organised whilst still being flexible, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure
  • Digitally confident, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with performance‑tracking tools essential, both native metrics and 3rd‑party platforms (i.e. Dash Social, GRIN, Plot)
  • Creative and commercially aware, always thinking about how to drive awareness and impact for the brand
