Annual Review Admin Assistant (Part-Time - Maternity Cover)

Location: Swindon

Hours: 21 hours per week | Monday - Wednesday | 08:30-15:30 or 09:00-14:00

Salary: £12,890 per annum

We are seeking an enthusiastic Annual Review Admin Assistant to join a local school. You will support the Annual Review Manager in preparing and administering all aspects of the Annual Review Process, which involves over 340 reviews each year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and organise Annual Review documents accurately
  • Liaise with staff, parents, and external professionals to schedule meetings
  • Maintain records using SIMS and other systems
  • Provide daily reception cover and general admin support
  • Assist the wider admin team with ad-hoc tasks
Key Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • Flexible, approachable, and able to work on your own initiative
  • Confident with IT systems (SIMS, Microsoft Office)
