Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure (REGLL) team in London is looking for an Analyst / Associate / VP level professional to support our corporate finance activities. Deutsche Bank's REGLL Corporate Finance team provides origination and advisory services across the whole Corporate Finance services spectrum, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) to public corporations and financial sponsors.
In this role, you will be assisting in origination and execution of transactions in the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region.

Transaction preparation, structuring, due diligence, documentation and management of legal and accounting issues
Assisting senior team members with origination of new business, including identification of target opportunities
Assisting with the preparation of presentations for clients, investors, and the broader investment community and responsible for responding to client-specific requests
Communicating with clients, advisers and senior investment bankers, including participation in client meetings and events in both origination and execution projects
Assisting with sector projects, initiatives, and responsibilities, and working towards revenue requirements determined by the business
Preparing complex financial analyses. Developing knowledge and coverage of certain subsectors and geographies within the industry remit of the team
Industry experience and / or a background in Corporate Finance is essential
Educated to bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification / relevant work experience. Educated to Masters Level in a top ranked institution would be beneficial
Good understanding of financial markets and corporate finance
Experience of financial analysis, modelling and valuations
Excellent communication skills. Clear and cogent business writing skills.
