Job Description

We’re looking for an Attribution Analyst to join our Performance & Attribution team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality attribution analysis across a range of strategies, including LDI, Multi-Asset and Fixed Income. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, contribute to innovative solutions, and make a real impact on how we serve our clients.

  • Producing and developing attribution analysis across LDI, Multi-Asset and Fixed Income strategies
  • Designing and implementing enhancements to LDI and Multi-Asset attribution models
  • Translating complex client requirements into scalable solutions using Python and Excel
  • Participating in meetings with fund managers, strategists and product specialists
  • Seeking to understand and meet client requirements
  • Ensuring appropriate controls and procedures are in place within the team
  • Sharing knowledge and collaborating with colleagues
  • Staying informed about markets, investments, methodologies and LGIM products
Qualifications
