What is Amazon Flex?

Using your own vehicle and smartphone, you deliver Amazon parcels and earn on a flexible block basis. You’ll know your earnings, schedule and tasks before you start each block.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages from Amazon hubs to customers.
• Plan and follow scheduled delivery blocks, ensuring timely on‑time delivery.
• Verify customer signatures and protect shipment integrity.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report any issues.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence (Category B or higher).
• UK National Insurance number.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
• Commercial vehicle insurance (hire and reward) or equivalent.
