Job description

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute the launch of new investment products and separately managed accounts, ensuring alignment with client needs and market opportunities
• Oversee strategic product initiatives including structuring, mergers, closures, and enhancement of existing offerings
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to resolve technical challenges and drive product innovation for alternatives and private markets
• Develop strategic proposals and business cases for new product launches, particularly in alternatives and private markets
• Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform product strategy
• Contribute to key governance meetings and product committees

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of alternative investments and private markets, alongside broad exposure to traditional asset classes
• Strong understanding of investment vehicles (onshore and offshore) and institutional products, including but not limited to UCITS, UCI Part II, Australian Unit Trusts, Cayman
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion
