About The Role

Air Conditioning Engineer – Mobile Role📍 Heathrow (Regional Mobile)
💰 £46,000 per annum + Company Van
🕒 Permanent, Full-Time
🌴 25 days plus bank holidays

What You’ll Be Doing

Technical Duties

• Carry out statutory and routine PPMs and reactive maintenance across various sites 🛠️
• Focus on air conditioning systems while supporting other disciplines as needed ❄️
• Provide expert advice and technical support to clients and colleagues 💡
• Accurately record time and materials for minor works and assist with quoting 📋
• Keep Maximo (CAFM system) updated via tablet and ensure timesheets are complete 📱

Service Delivery

• Deliver excellent service with a goal of 100% customer satisfaction 🌟
• Keep clients informed with regular updates and feedback 📣
• Report progress to your Area Manager 📈
• Work closely with Account Support, Supervisors, Managers, and Sub-Contractors 🤝
• Support safe delivery of all works, including those by service partners 🦺

Client & Team Relationships

• Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues 🤗
• Take pride in the quality of your work and service delivery 🧰
• Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota as required 📞
