About the Role

You’re a visionary who sees the potential of AI to transform content creation. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, designing frameworks for AI-assisted content, automating workflows, and crafting compelling copy that enhances user experience across Gumtree’s platform. Whether it’s long-form editorial, UX writing, or product content, you’ll ensure every word delivers value.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in AI-aided content creation and strategy, with a strong portfolio across UX and editorial formats.
• Expertise in developing and executing content strategies across B2C digital platforms, marketplaces or similar.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and automation platforms and keen interest in emerging technologies.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for tone, clarity, and detail.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making to inform copy decision and to optimize for user engagement.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and navigating technical environments.
