AI Adoption Specialist

London – 3-4 days per week in the office

What you’ll be doing :

• Acting as the AI Adoption Specialist, championing AI adoption across the business and helping teams understand where automation can make the biggest difference ⚡
• Working with finance, HR, tech and other teams to identify practical use cases and support them through testing and rollout 🤝
• Mapping and improving manual processes, such as the contract workflow, where AI agents could generate, review and send documents for approval 📄
• Building on existing tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and early service agent trials
• Partnering closely with the Chief Transformation Officer while collaborating with the tech team on feasibility and implementation 🧩
• Helping build a culture that’s open to AI and confident using it day to day 🌱

Who we’re looking for :

• A recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years’ commercial experience 🎓
• Someone with exposure to AI - maybe in your current role or through hands‑on personal projects 🔍
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders, including the CEO, and able to translate ideas for different audiences 👥
• Personable, confident, and curious – someone who enjoys exploring new tools and helping others get value from them
• A solid understanding of technology, even if you’re still early in your career
