CDL Driver – Part Time

Country Visions Cooperative is looking to hire seasonal Class A or B CDL Drivers for agronomy and grain harvest for our Plymouth location. We are offering a flexible schedule for part‑time opportunities.

The Spring Season is highly dependent on weather, typically starting in early April and ending around the Fourth of July holiday. Poor weather or field conditions will result in some unpredictable days off throughout the season.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver seed, dry fertilizer, liquid fertilizer, premixed chemicals or packaged products with a pickup truck, straight dry or liquid tender or semi‑truck with a hopper bottom or liquid tanker
• Tendering dry and liquid products to applicators operating application equipment in the fields
• Grain season includes farm pickups of commodity crops and or inter company transferring of loads
• Successful work independently or in a team environment
• Working with fertilizer and chemicals

HOURS

• We can offer a full schedule with over‑time or a schedule with limited daily hours
• Let us know your desired schedule during the interview process and we can discuss what works for both parties
• Ability to work 40+ hours which include daily hours during the week with some weekend hours

Qualifications And Educational Requirements

• Prior experience is preferred but not required
• Must possess, or be able to obtain a Tanker Endorsement and a valid Class A or B CDL.
• Must have a clean driving record
• Clearly communicate both written and verbal
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and repair as necessary
• Ability to read maps and follow directions
• Ability to lift 60 pounds
