A well established accountancy and advisory firm based in Shropshire are looking to build on their substantial advisory practice within farming and agriculture.

They are looking to hire three finance professionals passionate about the sector to advise clients across accounting, tax and estate planning.

Agriculture Department Manager - this role will manage and develop the Agri-Business team to deliver excellent client service whilst covering an Agri-Business client portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with departmental strategic input and people management.

Agriculture Client Manager - full time and permanent position, this role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse agricultural and rural client base, providing expert accounting, tax, and business advisory services with a dynamic, supportive and fun team.

Agriculture Accounts Assistant - full time and permanent position, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with farming and rural business clients, assisting with accounts preparation, bookkeeping and VAT returns, acting as a main point of contact for client queries and support, building strong rapport.

Ideally you will have previous experience within accounting for agricultural entities and be studying or qualified AAT, ACCA or ACA (or equivalent).
