Job Overview

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a 2+ PQE Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive to join a well-established Agricultural Property team in Norfolk. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Agricultural Law or Rural Property, looking to step into a ready-made caseload and further their career in the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities

Advise landowners on all aspects of agricultural and rural property including

  • Financing arrangements
  • Third party agreements
  • Option, promotion and overage agreements
  • Tenancies (including Agricultural Holding Act 1986)
  • First registrations of unregistered land at HM Land Registry
Skills and Experience

To generate new work and provide an ongoing service to existing clients. Manage client/matter files under supervision and ensure full compliance. Provide expert legal advice to a range of clients including the negotiation and drafting of documentation. Carry out in an effective, efficient and timely manner the various stages of legal proceedings with the aim of protecting the interests of the client. Help develop new business from existing clients and other professionals Maintain and enhance up to date legal skills.
