We’re looking for a results driven Agri Product Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage a portfolio of agricultural product categories, leading the development and delivery of products that drive commercial performance, and ensure our customers remain at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead product strategy and category planning in line with business goals
• Build and manage supplier relationships, negotiating commercial terms
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns and pricing strategies
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and bring new opportunities to life

What We’re Looking For

• A strong farming/agricultural background
• Proven experience managing margins and P&L
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strategic thinking with operational awareness
• Confident decision-maker with a flexible, collaborative approach
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and use IT tools effectively
