Job summary

A tech recruitment agency in Canterbury is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to lead a development team in delivering software solutions for the aviation sector. Job description

The Job:

• Job Title: Agile Delivery Manager
• Industry: Enterprise Software House
• Working Set-Up: Hybrid - 2 days per month in office (please note that you'll be required on site full time during the first week of employment for onboarding)
• Salary - £50,000-55,000 per annum - 4 day working week (32 hours p/w)
• Interview process: 3 stage interview

The Role:

Leo Technology have partnered with a growing software house who specialise in providing solutions to the aviation sector. Due to ongoing growth they're looking to appoint a talented Agile Delivery Manager to guide their growing development team whilst supporting the delivery of their globally used software. In this position, you'll report into the COO and will be responsible for leading day to day delivery, facilitating Agile workflows, and ensuring all work is delivered efficiently.

This position is focused on shaping the companies delivery process all whilst improving system quality and enhancing the companies tools / ways of working. With this in mind, whilst hands-on coding isn't required in this role, you do need to be someone whose comfortable engaging in technical discussions and supporting technical decision making.

The Person:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role leading a multi-disciplined development team
• Formal qualification (CSM, PSM) and strong Agile facilitation skills
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices
• Excellent communication skills - in both technical and non-technical settings
• Strong project and delivery management skills
• Documentation experience

Interview Process:

• 1st stage: Call with the hiring manager
• 2nd stage: 45 minute Teams call
• 3rd stage: Meet the team (face to face)
