Overview

An established dealer group in South East London is looking for an Aftersales Manager for their Aftersales Department.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Aftersales department, ensuring high standards of service.
• Improve current structure and create efficient processes.
• Demonstrate leadership and build a strong team spirit.
• Oversee daily operations with a team that includes 10 Technicians, 4 Front of House staff, 2 Parts Advisors, and 1 Workshop Controller.
