About Our Client

Our client is a leading property developer working in London and the home counties. They have a top‑class multi‑million‑pound project portfolio, dealing with super‑prime high‑end residential projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a self‑build property developer working alongside some of the best talent on the market.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking an Aftercare Manager to oversee our super‑prime high‑end residential new builds. The position involves coordinating and overseeing a range of home services, managing project planning and execution, allocating resources, managing subcontractors, and communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise and arrange a range of household services, such as repairs, upkeep, cleaning, gardening, and home improvements.
  • Create detailed project schedules and strategies in partnership with the Projects team.
  • Supervise on‑site teams carrying out spontaneous tasks, offering guidance and assistance, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain relationships with subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to grasp their requirements, provide updates on service schedules and project timelines, and promptly address any concerns.
  • Uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including local building codes and zoning regulations.
  • Develop and oversee budgets for household services, monitor expenses, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and ensure projects are completed within budget limitations.
  • Organise swift responses to urgent maintenance or repair needs, implementing emergency home service plans.
