Overview

We are looking for sales-driven candidates for an ambitious, forward-thinking business that, after year-on-year record-breaking results, is establishing a new sales team to develop new areas within the business.

The basic starting salary is £25,000/annum with uncapped commission. You can realistically expect to be earning £30-£35,000/annum within your first year and more than £40,000/annum thereafter. Comprehensive training will be provided to support your success.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive sales professional to join the business at an important stage of growth. The role will require you to create business pipeline opportunities by making outbound calls and marketing emails to prospective clients, developing and nurturing relationships, and selling commercial services.

  • Develop and nurture client relationships to drive revenue.

Qualifications
  • Ambitious, tenacious, with the ability to spot business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good level of IT literacy.
  • Confident and concise on the telephone, able to lead conversations and advise when needed.
  • A determined desire to succeed with a highly motivated mindset.
  • Ideally commercial experience in a target or KPI-driven environment, but not essential; this is a personality-led role for someone who is driven, focused, productive, and organized.

Working Hours and Location

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with a lunchtime finish on a Friday.
