We’re looking for an Advanced Research Engineer to join our Laser Processing team. You’ll focus on subtractive laser machining technologies such as cutting, drilling, and precision material removal. What You’ll Do

• Deliver technical work packages independently, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct hands‑on experimental work in laser machining, including setup, testing, and analysis.
• Optimise laser–material interaction processes for cutting and drilling applications.
• Collaborate with industrial and academic partners on innovative projects.
• Communicate findings through reports, presentations, and customer meetings.
• Progress toward Senior Research Engineer level with structured development pathways.
