A children's services organization in Northampton is looking for a Consultant Social Worker to manage and support a hub of participants training in social work. This role will involve supervising five individuals while ensuring compliance with cases and providing ongoing guidance. A Consultant Social Worker (CSW) manages and supports a hub of five participants in their first year on Approach Social Work. As a CSW you will remain in practice while developing new skills as a manager, leader and practice educator.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate. It is also a regulated activity and will be subject to a Barred List check.
