An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior nurse to take on a clinical and professional leadership role in Paediatric Dermatology at St Thomas Hospital, London. This is a new role designed for an experienced and motivated nurse who is ready to shape the future of paediatric skin care.
The successful candidate will lead and manage a small team of Clinical Nurse Specialists, collaborating closely with dermatology consultants, doctors and the multidisciplinary team to provide safe, high‑quality, compassionate care. A key focus will be supporting the development and launch of our new Paediatric Day Treatment Centre, which offers education, supervised topical treatments and practical therapies for skin conditions such as eczema, Iontophoresis and Cryotherapy.
You will help design staff training, develop personalised skin care plans, support clinical pathways and shape the centre’s vision. We seek a dynamic leader with proven senior clinical experience and a strong record of improving patient and staff experience in complex healthcare settings.
