A primary care practice in Folkestone is looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their team. This part-time role requires at least 2 years of prescribing experience and offers the chance to work collaboratively to provide high-quality patient care. Candidates should have a strong clinical decision-making ability and be registered as independent prescribers. Flexible working hours include 3.5 days per week.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our growing multi-disciplinary primary care team. You will work alongside our multi-disciplinary clinical team of GPs, Pharmacists and Nurses to deliver high quality patient care.
This permanent position is offered on a part-time basis worked over 3.5 days.
A full day of clinic starts at 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm. There are paid tea breaks in each session in additon to any unpaid lunch break.

We welcome applications from qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioners from all backgrounds, however you must have at least 2 years prescribing experience, and 2 years experience working within an Advanced Nurse Practitioner role to apply.
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with independent prescribing, you\'ll deliver face-to-face services, enabling patients to obtain health information from the appropriate health care professional. You will be providing safe and effective health assessments and treatment of patients within the establishment.
You\'ll be accountable for your practice including the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge or referral of patients, independent of medical intervention.
You will demonstrate safe, clinical decision making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients within the service.
You will demonstrate critical thinking in the decision making process. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to meet the needs of the patients and support the delivery of policy and procedures.
You will provide a holistic and clinical service, with support and supervision from GPs, implementing agreed management plans and following approved protocols as appropriate.
