Qualifications

  • Registered practitioner with relevant qualifications.
  • Proven experience in mentorship and clinical leadership.
  • Highly developed specialist clinical skills for the area of practice.

Responsibilities

  • Provide rehabilitation and recovery care to patients.
  • Work as part of the Community and Care of the Elderly Services.
  • Support admissions and timely discharges from in-patient units.

Education

Registered practitioner (NMC, HCPC)
Evidence of a completed MSc ACP
Non-medical prescribing
Resuscitation Council Immediate Life Support
Teaching and assessing qualification
IRMER certificate
PG Diploma in Geriatric Medicine
Completion of Internal Medicine course
