We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our dynamic and inclusive healthcare team. As an ACP, you will take on a key leadership role in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. You will work collaboratively within a diverse, multidisciplinary team, leveraging your advanced clinical skills, nursing expertise, and professional knowledge to diagnose, manage, and evaluate complex patient cases. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Day-to-Day
  • Conduct autonomous clinics, assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with acute, chronic, and complex conditions.

  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to drive improved patient outcomes.
  • Administer medications and treatments while adhering to national and organizational protocols.
