A forward-thinking Local Authority is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join its Community Adult Social Work Team. This role provides the ability to work from home two days a week, offers flexible hours, and is designed for a confident practitioner with at least three years of post-qualified experience. You’ll complete Care Act assessments, work on Court of Protection cases, and support individuals with Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities. You’ll be part of a Community Adult Social Work Team, working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities, supporting individuals with complex needs to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

✔ Social Work qualification
✔ Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
✔ Minimum 3 years post-qualified experience
