Adult Social Worker, Mental Health (Placement Review) – Lewisham

Pay rate - £33.20 per hour

Lewisham Council and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust are looking to recruit a highly experienced adult mental health social worker to undertake strengths-based reviews of our Adult Mental Health placements.

The Senior Social Worker (Placement Review) will undertake placement reviews and stepdown planning for Adult Mental Health placements funded by Lewisham Council and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.

Responsibilities

• Undertake placement reviews for Adult Mental Health placements
• Conduct stepdown planning for placements funded by Lewisham Council and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust
• Operate in a strengths-based approach to review and planning
