  • Is a registered Social Worker with Social Work England and holds a qualifying degree.

  • Possesses the drive to pursue qualifications in Practice Education, Best Interest Assessor, and/or Approved Mental Health Professional.
  • Collaborates effectively with external agencies to build strong partnerships.

  • Conduct a variety of adult social work duties, from Care Act Assessments and person‑centred support planning to Mental Capacity Assessments and Section 42 Enquiries.
  • Apply experience working with diverse adult populations, including those with physical and learning disabilities, mental health needs, and older adults.
  • Work with a strength‑based approach to empower individuals and champion independence.
  • Engage in crucial CHC and S117 work to ensure seamless support.
