Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join in Hammersmith.

What will your responsibilities be?
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults’ needs and risks, developing personalized support plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, law enforcement, and other agencies to coordinate safeguarding interventions.
  • Advocate for the rights and needs of vulnerable adults, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
  • Monitor and review support plans regularly to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
  • Respond to safeguarding concerns promptly and effectively, following relevant procedures and protocols.
  • Supportive manager and team.
Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
