  • Participate in supervision and professional development activities, ensuring compliance with legislation and safeguarding principles.
  • Travel within the community to carry out home visits and provide support in clients’ own environments.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least two years of experience in a relevant setting.
  • A strong understanding of person-centred care.
  • Experience supporting individuals with physical or learning disabilities or mental health conditions is essential.
  • A car driver’s licence is highly desirable to support home visits across the area.
