Job summary

A national training provider is looking for an Assessor in Adult Care to deliver full framework apprenticeships. The role requires a minimum of 2 years experience in Adult Care and a UK driving licence. You will set training targets, manage documentation, and support client program development. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary between £25,500 and £30,000 with a car allowance.

Location: South England remit

Salary: £25,500 - £30,000 per annum + Car Allowance (£375pm)

Hours: Full Time- Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely full framework apprenticeships including Functional skills
• Set and monitor training targets that link on and off the job training
• Act as a client liaison to support client programme development
• Adhere to OFSTED requirements
• Manage your diary effectively to ensure all apprentices are seen on a 4-week basis
• Organise and maintain documentation to demonstrate the progress apprentices are making
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs
• Advise and guide learners to make informed choices in relation to their future development, including further qualifications and career progression
• To attend standisation & team meetings

Requirements

• Have minimum 2 years relevant occupational experience in Adult Care / Health Care Worker
• Have a drive and passion for delivering timely quality provision
• UK Driving Licence
