A leading care provider in the UK is seeking an experienced Admission Pathway Coordinator to develop relationships with local services to maintain high occupancy levels in specialist care centres. Responsibilities include assessing patient admissions, managing referral pathways, and implementing marketing strategies to boost service awareness. Candidates must be a registered nurse and possess a DBS disclosure check, as well as proof of eligibility to work in the UK. The position offers flexible working arrangements.
